InfoAccess.net is a global provider of an ePayables Service Solution with more than 2,500 customers in 20 different countries. Our service helps companies exchange business documents, such as purchase orders and invoices, in the electronic format they desire. Reducing the number of paper documents in the payables process eliminates unnecessary expense, makes reconciliation easier, reduces invoice deductions, and allows for a faster, accurate payment cycle.
Company History
1999
InfoAccess.net was created and branded as an Application Service Provider to offer e-Business Order Management Services. InfoAccess.net grew dramatically and concluded the year with over 1,200 customers with data and applications hosted at our facility in Cleveland.
2000-2003
InfoAccess.net entered the global market as users from 20 different countries enrolled in the web-based e-Business Service, iForms. During this time, thousands of suppliers began to use InfoAccess.net’s services for electronic invoicing.
2004
RITEInsight, a web-based Point-of-Sale offering, was launched with Rite Aid Corporation. By the end of the year, 64 manufacturing companies were utilizing RITEInsight for data analysis and reporting.
2005
Over 200 manufacturing companies, including Procter & Gamble, Pfizer, Novartis, Colgate, and Johnson & Johnson became InfoAccess.net customers as users of the RITEInsight Point of Sale offering.
2006
American Greetings Corporation and Carlton Cards Retail, Inc. enlisted InfoAccess.net to provide an e-Payables Service that met the needs of over 5,000 suppliers.
Later the same year, InfoAccess.net partnered with Huntington Bank to sell ePayables Services to Huntington customers.
2007
InfoAccess.net expanded RITEInsight with new features such as Inventory, Daily Point of Sales Data, as well as reporting for 1,500 newly acquired Brooks/Eckerd stores. Additionally, iForms communities continued to grow as hundreds of new suppliers joined each month.
