| 1977-1995 |
| Information Access, Inc. (IAI) was formed to provide turnkey
hardware and software systems to the food brokerage industry. Over the next 18 years, the company performed well and grew to become the market leader. |

| 1996 |
| IAI began incubating a service-based business (now InfoAccess.net) to provide e-business
& EDI services to companies in the Food and Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industries. By the end of the year, the business served 11 customers |

| 1997 |
| The service-based business continued to grow steadily. Additional infrastructure and staff were added to support continued growth. The new business grew to 75 customers. |

| 1998 |
| An alliance was formed with Sterling Commerce and the service offering was expanded to include Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) services.
The customer base exceeded 160 by the end of the year. |

| 1999 |
| InfoAccess.net was officially created to offer e-business integration and Order Management Services (OMS)
via an Application Service Provider (ASP) business model. All IAI staff and resources were redeployed and focused on building the new company.
Additional service offerings, infrastructure and management were added to fuel a breakthrough year. InfoAccess.net grew dramatically, ending
the year with over 1,200 customers. |

| 2000-2003 |
| InfoAccess.net increased number of suppliers using web-based offering into global market, serving over 20
different countries and over 2,000 customers while 3M adds thousands of suppliers to the InfoAccess.net web-based offering increasing the
user count to over 5,000 unique companies. |

| 2004 |
| Launches RITEInsight, web-based Point-of-Sale offering with Rite Aid Corporation. By the end of the year, has
64 new manufacturing companies using the service. |

| 2005 |
| Many blue-chip manufacturing companies, such as Procter & Gamble, Pfizer, Novartis, Colgate, American Greetings,
Johnson & Johnson and 200 others sign-up for RITEInsight Point of Sale offering. |

| 2006 |
| American Greetings and Carlton Cards both sign for the e-payables web-based offering. Over 5,000 new suppliers to
be added to the InfoAccess.net web-based offerings. InfoAccess.net partners with Huntington Bank to sell services to accounts payable and accounts
receivable Huntington customers. |

| 2007 |
| InfoAccess.net continues to grow RiteInsight with new features such as Daily Point of Sales data, as well as the
addition of 1,500 new Eckerd/Brooks stores, pending the Rite Aid acquisition. InfoAccess.net continues to sign-up hundreds of new suppliers every month
with their global, e-payables web-based offering. |
